WISBOWL 2025/6 is a weekly bowling league, we’ll agree on a day/location/time early in the week. Week 1 will be on DECEMBER 4th, 2025 – NATIONALS will be held likely in week 16 – the week of MARCH 16th, 2026.
A 3 Game Series will be played weekly. League-Style Bowling format will be requested at each bowling center if available. (2 lanes – back and forth)
Top weekly bowler of a 3 game series will win $5 times the amount of bowlers that week. EACH BOWLER will be asked to pay $5 per week for payouts. This will be $80 request per bowler to start season. The winner for the week will be paid out that week. New/One time bowlers are always welcome-they must pay $5 prior to the week to be eligible to win$/and be tracked by WISBOWL! Any money left if a bowler must miss a week will be returned to the bowler at seasons end.
WISBOWL 2025/6 will be a HANDICAP system based league with the weekly handicap based winner receiving the weeks winnings.
Handicaps will be determined based on a rolling average updated weekly-this will be tracked on the SCORES page. Handicaps will use a 95% of 230 Format to determine pin add for final official score. Handicap will slightly even the playing field for all to compete weekly. NOTE THAT TOP BOWLERS STILL MAINTAIN AN ADVANTAGE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR but an improving bowler will have a chance to win if they bowl good compared to their rolling annual average. See here for more info on handicap Facts.A new bowler to the league will have the lowest handicap add available minus 10 added to their score for their first week and use their own handicap following that.
PREBOWLING is allowed and eligible for winning weekly prize. Prebowl must be completed prior to the scheduled time and sent in via picture. Any prebowl series will incur a (15 pin/sanctioned bowlers at prebowl session) series penalty since they don’t need to be intimidated by Corey.
